Nene's Neat Services offers reoccurring residential cleaning services at discounted rates! • Before the appointment: Step 1: Get a FREE instant estimate by filling out and submitting our "FREE Estimate Form" online or by calling us over the phone so that it may be completed for you. Include how cleaners will gain access to the property in the 'Add a Message' box during checkout. Step 2: You will be able to view your estimate after submitting the form and will receive an email of your estimate with the option to book. Step 3: Pick a time and date for the service then secure the appointment by paying the deposit to receive a confirmation email or text. You may do this yourself online or choose to pay over the phone. • At the time of the appointment: Step 1: Please allow cleaners up to 15 minutes to arrive at the scheduled time of the appointment. Once arrived, the cleaner will conduct a full walkthrough and thorough inspection of all the areas in your home in need of cleaning. If any addons or extra sessions seem necessary then it will be discussed with the client prior to the service being conducted and added upon approval. Step 2:  Near the end of the session, an invoice to the preferred phone number or email on file will be sent so that payments may be received. Pay your cleaner for their hard work and enjoy a sparkling clean home!
